Well Mom tried her best to make Dad's eggs this morning. Staci told her that she did a pretty good job. She said, "They taste pretty good but when Daddy gets here he can make them better. But you did okay Mom." (Thanks Staci)
In the afternoon, we took Grandma to the Aquarium with us. Kaitlyn kept calling it the Aquestium, which was making Mom laugh. The kids enjoyed it, especially Xander. He was running around like a crazy, going from one thing to the next. Grandma got each of the kids a frog stuffed animal. They each got a different color (Staci - yellow, Kaitlyn - red & Xander - blue)
In the evening Mom made grilled cheese sandwiches for dinner and for the most part the kids were happy about that.
After the kids went to bed Mom found a mess in the kitchen. We have a spot where a kitchen sink would go on the counter, but Grandpa hasn't had enough time to put it in yet. Well she was doing the laundry and kept smelling something every time she opened that up to get the soap out. Come to find out, a drain has backed up and emptied in this area leaving molding nasty water with some chunks of food deposits on everything under there. Mom cleaned up what she could and Grandpa said he would take care of it in the morning. The smell was enough to almost make Mom throw up. So she just closed it up and was not about to get in there again. Thanks for Grandpa for helping her out!
The baby was up all night and Mom tossed and turned all night long. This last baby of ours may be a busy one already. Xander and the baby will definately get along.
