Today Mom was supposed to start the laundry and clean up from our trip but she was tired and decided to rest instead. The kids played really well. They didn't have preschool because their other teacher Miss Rachelle has pink eye. So they did their own little preschool with Mom and made a book about things that go. Then she put the kids down for naps after lunch. She really needed to go to the grocery store but didn't have the energy to fight with the kids at the store so she waited until Dad got home. Dad went to the gym after work and then had to run back to work so he didn't get home until Mom was putting the kids to bed. Then she ran to the store. Once the kids were all in bed Mom and Dad had some icecream sundaes and watched Parenthood. Dad had a hard time sleeping though and fell asleep around 2:00 in the morning.
