Today was our first day at church with grandparents. Aubrey brought the twins and unfortunately Grandma is sick right now so she stayed home. As we were sitting there waiting for the meeting to start Staci was looking all around and then said, "Is this the church of Jesus Christ?" To her it looked much bigger than what she was used to in Okinawa and she was a little taken back. She thought it wasn't small like our old church. The kids all did pretty good in their classes. Mom forgot to change Xander's pullup so she ran into the nursery room half way through and didn't get to leave after that. But he did participate as long as he had an eye on Mom.
Today was a big day for Kaitlyn. We registered her for Kindergarten. It didn't quite go as planned for Mom though. We all got up early with Staci and took her to school. Then we got in line for the registration. Mom was feeling pretty good because we were like 12th one there. But as we waited for 45 minutes and got up to the front of the line they wouldn't put Kaitlyn's name on the list because we didn't have prove of our address. Mom wasn't aware that we needed it since we already have one child at the school and they should have this on file. They said they could give her the paperwork but that she couldn't be added to the list until they can verify where we live. Mom had to go home. She was furious and hoped that we could still get Kaitlyn into this school. Here in Pocatello they have open enrollment so you can take your kids where ever you want. This doesn't make any sense why it matters where you live then anyways but Mom hurried as quickly as she could...
