Mom stayed the night last night with Jason & so she got home just before church. Luckily everyone was helpful and almost ready to leave. Mom just had to quickly get ready herself and finish getting the boys ready.
We all went to Sacrament Meeting and then came home. Grandpa & Scott headed up to the hospital right after while Mom helped with all the kids.
Dad was able to get a few days off work so he was could come and help out. He is going to stay up with Jason at the hospital on Monday night.
After getting the kids ready for bed we couldn't find Brayden and when we found him we were surprised. He had fallen asleep downstairs under the pool table. He was laying with Scott & Aubrey's cat but the position he was in just made us all laugh. He didn't transfer well though & we realized he was stinky. But luckily he didn't get any on him with where his hand was. Then all the kids went to sleep a little later. They were all excited to see their Dad.
So many family members have been great & gone to visit or send him messages. He has a lot of family & friends praying for him during this time. He still has a long road ahead of him but the doctors are optimistic that we caught this cancer in time and that he will recover from it. He is still weak but they were able to start the chemotherapy treatment today, which is a good thing. For a few days his blood levels kept changing so they had to wait until the right time to start certain medicines. Right now they are just trying to keep his temperature under control.
Jason is doing better every day. Although, since starting the chemo it has scared him and he really doesn't want to be left alone so we are all rotating and taking turns being up there for him. We are so grateful that we are able to come down & be here for him right now to help in any way that we can.
