Kaitlyn had her birthday party today. It was a princess part with a Cinderella theme. First the girls did their nails. They put on a few Jamberry nails and then painted the rest. While the girls did their nails Mom put all their hair in up-do's. The girls then danced on the XBOX while they waited for everyone to finish painting their nails. Next was the Princess Game where they roll a dice and become a princess. Mom then pulled out the flour and play the flour game. This was a game Mom played at every party growing up. You pack flour in a cup. Dump it out on the table still in the cup shape and put a penny on top of the pile. The girls then take turns cutting away at the flour until someone knocks down the penny. The person who makes the penny fall has to pick it up with their mouth. The girls thought this was the best part of the party. After they cleaned all the flour off their faces Kaitlyn opened up her presents. One of the girls brought her a make up case so the girls wanted to do make up. Mom offered to help but the girls said, "We absolutely know how to do it!" It was fun to watch although Mom couldn't help but give some advice now and then. It was a great party! Dad took the boys out and they went to get ice cream at Stake N Shake. They came home after the party was all over.
